The Arbeitskreis Neue Erziehung e.V. offers comprehensive information and assistance for parents and families at External linkwww.aktiv-fuer-kinder.de on the Internet. ifib examined this portal together with the Arbeitskreis to identify and implement improvements.

Usability, content structure and consistency as well as usefulness and appropriateness of the online offer and the newsletter were evaluated from the point of view of the target groups. Methodologically, the features of the online offer, which the provider wanted, realised and communicated, were contrasted with the resulting expectations and observations of the addressees. The results were described in two comprehensive volumes including supporting materials; conclusions and recommendations for action were discussed with the Arbeitskreis several times. Thus together we worked out a sound basis for further expansion of the information offer.
