The Learning Network Bremen is a service agency trying to facilitate access to education offers in the state of Bremen. For them, ifib prepared the concept and a feasibility study for a common learning portal of all educational institutions and monitored its implementation.

Via a single access, educational courses and other events can be found on the learning portal. Contents ranges from the offers of nurseries, schools and universities, to vocational training and further education to so-called "leisure time education" (public lectures, exhibitions etc.). Besides information on the institutions and courses, the portal also informs on participation conditions, support guidelines and other background news. While the learning portal was self-contained first, it has meanwhile been integrated in the city information system External linkwww.bremen.de.
