Malika Karieva

Malika Karieva is a research associate at ifib and works as a doctoral researcher in the DFG-funded project “Digital Transformation in Higher Education Management: Organizational Learning and IT Governance.” She completed the Erasmus Mundus Master’s programme in Research and Innovation in Higher Education (MARIHE) as well as the Master Research Training Program (MA RTP) at Humboldt University of Berlin. As part of her current project, she focuses on organizational learning in the context of digital transformation, patterns of IT governance in higher education institutions, and the integration of organizational learning and IT governance.
