E-government services for Dataport and its providing states
ifib and ifib consult support Dataport in realizing e-government and IT projects until at least 2014. In 2011, Dataport, the IT service provider of the states Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Bremen, has awarded a new framework contract, lasting at least until the end of 2014, for assistance in e-government and IT projects.
ifib and ifib consult are involved as partners of this team in the implementation of IT projects and e-government with Dataport and in the three states.
Particularly the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is currently receiving support from ifib consult in various projects:
- implementation of standardized computer workstation solution across all administrative units (BASIS.Bremen)
- rollout of the document management system in all departments of Bremens administration
- further development and implementation of Bremens Open-Data-Strategy
- support for accessible design of information supplies (consulting and evaluation)
- support for further measures in IT management implemented by the Senator of Finance
Thanks to the framework contract, Dataport, the three states, and the local councils participating in Dataport can contact ifib and ifib consult directly to assign further consulting and support tasks based on their individual demands.
